Pembeli harap mengirimkan referensi yang lengkap (design karakter, detail pose dan ekspresi yang jelas). Jika beberapa hari tidak mengirimkan referensi dan tidak ada kepastian lebih lanjut setelah booking slot maka slot antrian akan diberikan kepada pembeli yang lain yang sudah mengirimkan referensi terlebih dahulu.

Disclaimer: Art style ku tidak menggunakan lineart (kecuali chibi), jadi setelah sketch akan langsung ke proses clean sketch base color. Setelah disetujui akan lanjut ke proses rendering.

Untuk karakter ber-detail dan tambahan aksesoris, akan dikenakan charge harga 5k-20k, tergantung kerumitan. Jadi mohon pertimbangkan dulu karakternya sebelum memesan, dan pastikan berdiskusi dengan saya terlebih dahulu untuk menghindari miscommunication.

Free simple background. Ada biaya tambahan jika ingin request, harga tergantung detail dan kesulitan.

Estimasi pengerjaan 1 minggu - 2 minggu tergantung jenis ilustrasi yang dipesan. Untuk YCH Chibi Icon 3-6 hari. Akan dikabari lagi jika memakan waktu lebih. Dikerjakan sesuai antrian.

Pembayaran dilakukan setelah sketsa disetujui. Proses pengerjaan akan dilanjutkan setelah pembayaran diterima. Pembeli dapat memilih untuk membayar uang muka (DP) sebesar 50% terlebih dahulu, atau melunasi seluruh biaya di awal, sesuai dengan preferensi pembeli.

Tidak bisa cancel setelah sketsa dikerjakan. Mohon hargai saya sebagai artist.

Harga dihitung per-karakter. Penambahan karakter dikenakan biaya 2x.

Revisi ; 4 kali dalam tahap sketsa dan base color, selebihnya untuk revisi major dikenakan biaya 5K / $1 per-revisi.

Tidak menerima revisi setelah fix lineart-base color dan saat proses rendering. Revisi minor = OK. Revisi major = dikenakan biaya.

Harga commercial dikenakan 2-3x dari harga normal, tergantung untuk kebutuhan apa.

Proses di update berkala dari (sketch → base color → finishing).

Hasil ilustrasi akan dikirimkan melalu E-mail atau Drive. File sudah termasuk white background dan PNG transparent.

Tidak menerima refund ditengah tengah pengerjaan.

Saya berhak mengupload hasil komisi sebagai portofolio (akan diupload dengan watermark).

Dilarang keras menggunakan komisi personal use untuk kebutuhan jual beli atau feed AI.

Buyers are required to provide complete references (character design, clear details of pose and expression). If references are not sent and there is no further confirmation within a few days after looking a slot, your slot will be passed to another buyer who already sent the reference.

Disclaimer: My art style does not use lineart (except for chibi works). After the sketch, I proceed directly to the clean sketch and base color process. Once the base color is approved, the work will continue to the rendering stage.

For characters with complex designs or additional accessories, an extra charge of 5k-20k / $1-10 will apply, depending on the level of detail. Please consider your character design carefully before placing an order, and make sure to discuss it with me beforehand to avoid any miscommunication.

Estimated completion time is 1–2 weeks depending on the type of illustration ordered. For YCH Chibi Icons, the estimated time is 3–6 days. You will be notified if it takes longer. Commissions are completed in queue order.

Payment must be made after the sketch is approved. Work will only continue once payment has been received. The buyer may choose to pay either a 50% down payment (DP) first, or the full amount upfront, depending on their preference.

Cancellations are not allowed once the sketch has been started. Please respect me as an artist.

Prices are calculated per character. Additional characters will be charged 2x the base price.

Revisions: up to 4 revisions are allowed during the sketch and base color stages. Further major revisions will incur an additional fee of 5K / $1 per revision.

No revision will be accepted during the rendering process. Minor revisions= OK. Major revisions = will incur an additional fee.

Commercial prices are 2-3x the normal price, depending on the intended purpose.

Progress updates will be provided regularly (sketch → base color → finishing).

Final illustrations will be delivered via E-mail or Drive. Files include a version with a white background and a transparent PNG.

Refunds are not accepted once the work is in progress.

I reserve the right to upload the commissioned work as part of my portfolio (uploaded with a watermark).
